At the opening ceremony, Zhou Xiaosong, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department of the China Textile Industry Federation, read out the "Notice on Hiring Members of the Referee Group for the National Finals of the 2024 Textile Fabric Designer (Woven, Knitted) Vocational Skills Competition in the Textile Industry".
